Relationship between Buyer and The French Tangerine
In some cases, The French Tangerine does not stock products listed for sale through the shop site. Rather, The French Tangerine acts as an agent for the Buyer, providing access to home accessories and decor.
Merchandise Pricing, Description and Availability
Despite extreme efforts made to keep items updated and priced correctly, occasionally stock quantity may be incorrect. Rest assured all is being done to ensure accuracy 100% of the time. However, we reserve the right at any time to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions and to cancel or refuse to accept any order based on an incorrect price or description.
If stock quantity is mismarked, you will be notified as soon as possible. At that point, you will have the option to keep or cancel the order. Special ordering is a practice this website uses, and this process can take anywhere from 4-8 weeks.
If a product's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and send you the item.
We reserve the right to cancel any order we receive at our discretion. The full amount charged will be credited back to your account.
Although great care is taken in providing an accurate product description for each product on the shop website, keep in mind, all dimensions are approximate.
The French Tangerine takes great care in the selection process for the merchandise offered on this shop website. Unique gifts, distinctive home furnishings and accessories are selected at trade shows, auctions, and markets. Many of the products selected are hand-crafted and custom-made, therefore, all products are subject to availability. Products that are in stock will be available for immediate shipment whereas others may be on backorder or unexpectedly unavailable.

Payment
The Buyer must pay the full purchase price at the time of purchase.

After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging that your order has been received. (Order Confirmation)
Acceptance of this order is based on the condition upon your express agreement to these Terms and Conditions without modification.
The Order Confirmation will include the total purchase price, and the product name and description, however the Order Confirmation does not guarantee product availability.
You are responsible for notifying The French Tangerine within one (1) business day in the event the Order Confirmation is incorrect as written.
After one (1) business day, you acknowledge that you have seen and agree to the product description, price, and specifications as written.
Upon receipt of your order, The French Tangerine will confirm the availability of the item and obtain an estimated shipping time. In stock items are usually shipped the following business day.

Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT WILL THE FRENCH TANGERINE BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY OTHER ECONOMIC LOSS ARISING FROM BREACH OR ANY OTHER CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR PURCHASE OF ANY PRODUCT LISTED FOR SALE ON THIS WEBSITE.
Dispute Resolution
You and THE FRENCH TANGERINE agree to resolve any controversy, dispute, or claim arising out of or related to your purchase of any product listed for sale on this website by binding Arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association.
This agreement to arbitrate is intended to be broadly interpreted and covers all controversies, disputes, or claims arising out of or related to your purchase, including but not limited to contract, tort, and statutory claims.
Governing Law
This Contract is governed by the laws of the State of NEBRASKA.
Fees & Taxes
All products ordered through The French Tangerine and delivered to locations in Nebraska will be subject to the sales tax applicable in your county.
